IASD is an independent, non-government, professional organization associated with worldwide universities, institutes and organizations providing further and higher education and development projects. It also implements development programmer in response to the region’s economy, human resources, and environment.

It involves a partnership between the Academy, industry and governments, to help promote industrial modernization and regional competitiveness through training, demonstration and technical assistance. It delivers business and employment programs aimed to increasing business and employment opportunities, increasing job skills, educational, vocational training and encouraging job readiness throughout a region.

The academy is developing a range of important courses and studies as a link in the transformation of new/high tech industries, a starting point between laboratories and enterprises, a school for bringing up scientific and technological industrialists, links connecting the development zones and institutions of higher education, large and medium enterprises, and is an important component of the supporting service systems for the development of an industrial environment.
